Owning a holiday home at Seton Sands is fantastic - a real investment in time together with your family - but sometimes you can't use it as often as you may like. In such cases, you may choose to help cover some of your running costs by letting your holiday home.

Letting is a great way to earn extra income towards some of the running costs of holiday home ownership. We offer a professional managed service together with a dedicated park team to take care and look after your every need throughout the season. Our letting service is designed to give you complete flexibility around letting when you want to.

Letting - why not Letting with us gives you the opportunity to use your holiday home when you want to and on those occasions when it is empty, the chance to earn income without the hassle or stress of collecting money, co-ordinating holiday changeovers and cleaning when letting privately.

How it works

It's simple!

Decide which dates and durations you'd like to let your holiday home. The number of breaks you let is completely up to you.

Once we receive your request we will visit your holiday home to grade it to understand if there are any repairs or maintenance needed to meet the standards for letting.

We'll then let you know the cost of any work that may need to be done. At this point, you decide if you'd still like to progress with letting. If you do, the team will complete the agreed work for you or you may choose to do it yourself.

Once the work is complete we will send you your final confirmation that your holiday home is ready for letting, clarify the dates you've given and your guaranteed earnings.

Then all you need to do is sit back and relax while we take care of everything.

Free inventory replacements

Letting - inventoryWhilst letting with us you'll also receive free inventory replacements. This covers everything from a teaspoon to a duvet. Any replacements made will be equivalent to the level required appropriate to your letting grade. A full breakdown of the inventory covered will be supplied.

You also get free carpet and upholstery cleans - this will ensure that your holiday home is kept clean and fresh.
